Serving size on the daily all-in-one supplements is 2 capsules daily, we recommend taking 2 capsules with breakfast right before you eat your food. Certain ingredients in Aylorien need fat to be absorbed, so make sure breakfast includes a healthy fat.

Aylorien supplements contain lots of healthy algae for marine Omega-3s (trust us your brain needs them), and some customers report being able to taste the algae after they take it. To mitigate, take your 2 capsules just before food, not after, and avoid taking Aylorien on a super full stomach.

A quick note on vacation: during periods of travel, you’ll probably have less access to healthy whole foods, and this is when you need Aylorien the most. Send us an email and we are happy to front load your subscription and send you a few bottles early to prepare for your travels.
